Here's everything you need to know about getting your BUUB to your door
and what happens if you need to send it back.

Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method — no surprises.
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — available to major centres
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over R700 — applied automatically at checkout
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed before 11am on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@buub.co.za.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. Most couriers update tracking within a few hours of collection.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@buub.co.za. We'll track it down and sort it out — no stress.
We currently ship to all major centres across South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed — delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the courier. BUUB is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Because our products are applied to skin, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email us at info@buub.co.za with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
- A photo if the product is damaged or faulty
We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without authorisation may not be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is:
- Faulty or damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly sent (wrong item or quantity)
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional charge.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
We do not offer refunds on items returned after 30 days, or on opened/used products (unless faulty).
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant (e.g., Original for Tinted), we're happy to help. Contact us at info@buub.co.za and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened items.
