By accessing or purchasing from buub.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our website. BUUB reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. BUUB reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

We take every effort to accurately represent our products, including images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours is perfectly accurate.

In the event of a pricing error, BUUB reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. BUUB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been processed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

BUUB ships nationwide across South Africa and internationally. Delivery times and costs are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. BUUB is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@buub.co.za. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

All content on buub.co.za — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BUUB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Our products are intended for external use only. Always conduct a patch test before full application. BUUB is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.
