BUUB Returns & Replacement Policy
At BUUB, we are committed to providing high-quality, 100% organic sunscreen that meets the highest standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacements
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us at info@buub.co.za within 4 days of receiving your order. Your request must include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement is approved. If approved, we will send a new product at no additional cost.
Order Accuracy & Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.
- If an incorrect address was provided by the customer, BUUB is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments.
- If BUUB makes an error in processing an order that results in a shipping issue, we will rectify the mistake at no cost to the customer.
- Our warehousing and fulfillment processes ensure that order details are accurately processed and traceable.
Processing Time for Claims
- Replacement claims are processed within 14 days of receiving all required information.
Product Variations
- Due to BUUB’s organic formulation, minor variations in texture, consistency, or color between batches may occur. These differences do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for replacement.
International Orders
- BUUB does not currently ship internationally. This policy applies to orders within South Africa only.
